Mackenzie King Tea Room - Gatineau Hills - Chelsea,QC

On August 2, Ruth and I spent a very pleasant morning in the Gatineau Park near Chelsea, Quebec. We made quick stops at the Champlain and Brule Lookouts, then a very nice walk along the trail to the Lariault Falls. After that, we visited the Mackenzie King Estate and had a very nice mid-afternoon lunch in the Tea Room. About $50 - I considered to be the high side of reasonable value for the soup, sandwich and a pot of tea for two, in a very nice setting. A memorable day!
